Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are in pounds sterling. Pride Clothing is not VAT registered. Pay securely through Square using the payment options shown at checkout. Please check your items, sizes and address before placing an order.
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs £3.99 per order. We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days; transit time is additional. Contact us if your order is delayed or your address needs correcting.
Changing your mind
For standard online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Email your name, order number and the items you are returning. You do not need to give a reason.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Please pack returns securely. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Sale items have the same cancellation rights.
Returning goods and refunds
Send returns to Pride Clothing, 14, Maesycoed, Aberdare, CF44 8RG, United Kingdom. Include your order number and keep proof of posting. You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return.
For a cancelled order, we refund the goods and standard outward delivery charge. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return postage where required. Your statutory rights, including rights to reject faulty goods, repair, replacement or refund, are unaffected by this policy.
Cancellation form
You may use this wording, but do not have to: “To Pride Clothing, info@prideclothing.co.uk, 14, Maesycoed, Aberdare, CF44 8RG: I give notice that I cancel my purchase of [items]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Sign if sending on paper.
